Service Description

Please join us for paddle board yoga at Lake Lorraine for a morning of relaxation and water aerobics. This class is for beginners to intermediates. The paddle board and life jacket are fitted for you, max of #250lbs for hard paddle boards and #350lbs for inflatable paddle boards.
