Bird Watching in Wessington Springs
On Saturday, June 11th, Rosemary Draeger of Sioux Falls will be co-leading a bird watching hike with local birdwatcher Bob Rogers beginning at 8 a.m. in our City Park. We will first hike the Old Grade Trail (Nature Trail) then carpool to Jackson Waterfowl Protection Area located southeast of Wessington Springs. This would be a great 2nd Saturday Gathering for anyone interested in learning more about birds & their habits. Rosemary was instrumental in starting the birding club in Sioux Falls & is the president-elect for the SD Ornithologists Association.
For more information call Kim Burg, OWSD Member at 539-1201 during the day.

Participants should bring water and snacks, as well as sunscreen and clothing
